Hormone Balancing Tea Recipe
A nourishing tea with nettle Leaf, raspberry Leaf, lemon Balm, red rose, milky oats, and Lavender
If you're looking for a natural and delicious way to balance your hormones, you’re in the right place!
Ingredients:
2 oz Nettle leaf
2 oz Raspberry leaf
2 oz Red Raspberry leaf
1 oz Lemon Balm
1 oz Red Rose
1 oz Milky Oats
1/2 oz Lavender
Instructions:
Combine all the herbs in a large bowl and mix well. Lhasa Karnak in Berkeley will mix these up for you.
Store the mixture in an airtight container or jar.
To make a cup of tea:
Take 1-2 tablespoons/cup of the blend and steep it in boiled water covered for at least 15 minutes. I like to leave four cups steeping overnight for optimal benefits and then strain and drink the next day.
Strain the tea and enjoy.
I was introduced to this tea from Shoshana at Manzanita Wellness in Berkeley. I loved it so much and starting making it in bulk at home.
Nettle leaf, raspberry leaf, lemon balm, red rose, milky oats, and lavender combine to create a soothing brew that will leave you feeling nourished and grounded, especially during the luteal phase. The recipe makes a big batch that I like to use throughout the month (I like to drink four cups a day when I need it most).
